Notification is closed after clicking on an action

Thank you for the fork. Really nice.
I was wondering if it would be possible to disable / make it optional to cancel the notification when clicking on an action?
In NotificationActioneceiver.java, line 98 you cancel it even if it has been successful.

Another question, is it possible to open the app if it is in background (not close) when clicking on an action?

Adding an "autoCancel" parameter to NotificationAction makes sense to me and should be relatively easy to do. I already have the Dart and Android part done, iOS needs some more work (but looks like the API allows that).

Actually, I've done some more digging and this is not easy on iOS at all - the API to not dismiss the notification on actions is only there in UNNotificationContentExtension which requires interacting with UIViewController. I might be missing something because I'm new to iOS, though.
