Popup after NV driver updates

Add to NV role. If graphical env is installed, run this check every hour or so, and if this is the output, show a popup, telling the user that she needs to reboot.

Bonus point for telling this in the SSH MOTD as well. Hmm, and possibly upon every new login in GUI as well?
