  2. Select your State and City from the dropdown menu.
  3. The tool will instantly display the address and contact details of the nearest authorized service center.

📑 What to Do Before Visiting the Service Center

To ensure a smooth repair process and protect your privacy, follow this checklist before handing over your device:

  • Backup Everything: Connect your phone to a PC or use Google One to back up your photos, contacts, and WhatsApp chats. Service centers often factory reset devices during testing.
  • Remove SIM & SD Cards: Don't forget to take out your SIM card and any external storage.
  • Carry Your Invoice: For in-warranty repairs (usually 1 year for devices, 6 months for accessories), a digital or physical copy of your original purchase invoice (from Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) is mandatory.
  • Note the IMEI Number: Dial *#06# and write down your IMEI 1 and IMEI 2 numbers for your records.
