AI Now: Allow model switching #122

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be great to be able to switch models and/or providers used per tass and during the conversation. While I want the default conversation to use the cheaper models, I might want some conversations to use a larger one.
Describe the solution you'd like
A mechanism to select both provider and model inside a conversation.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I now have to go into settings, update default model then restart the task.
