Package deprecations of @azure/keyvault-secrets and @azure/keyvault-keys

The packages @azure/keyvault-keys and @azure/keyvault-secrets are marked as deprecated with the reason “Unplanned Release.” How did this happen?
It does not appear that these packages are deprecated.

Ah, I think this is a bug with the vscode extension - I don't have permissions to transfer the issue but I'll either get them or someone who does can move it!
