tk windows clipped at bottom on mac computers during dataset.initParams()

Various tkinter windows fail to display correctly. No option to resize window, zoom, no scroll bar, etc. Completely impossible to reach the submit button on tkinter windows.

Bug applies to both Seneca and I, running macOS Big Sur on macbook pro 13 in.

current workaround is to run dat.initParams(shell=True) to fill params in the terminal instead of a gui window
