Code does not compile on Ubuntu 13.04

as I've already seen a binary for Linux, I was wondering how it was compiled in a first place ?

@AChurikov thanks for this wonderful answer, but the code here come from the repo you've linked to, so how much is it supposed to help me (and if you would have opened the link you've yourself pointed out, I've also asked there)

the fact is the source code does not compile both from this repo and that one, because it includes windows-only include (windows.h and conio.h) and as they're not unclosed by conditional macros, I was wondering how this code could have compiled.

I hope you see now I had googled, try to compile the code, even started to hack it, but failed and only finally came here with a precise question about the code itself

@allan-simon As far as I remember, some windows specific code was added since ccv 1.4
So you could take a look at earlier versions.
