Feature Request: Block all cookies from a domain

Currently, the extension allows blocking all cookies of a domain but their names are known. Suppose it changes, then it won't get blocked. So it is possible to add a feature to block all. I know Chrome can do it itself but useful to keep it in extension.

Also, have a setting to block cookies without having to visit the site? For example url-shorteners redirect, so at the moment the cookies can't be blocked directly.

I think both suggestions are good! I will work on implementing them when I get some free time. Thanks for taking the time to try to make the extension better!
