Add "all" to Release to fetch data for all release lines.

Currently working on some API stuffs and realized that it seems like there's not an easy way to fetch release data for _all_ release lines. Would be nice to be able to use a keyword like `all` to fetch that data and run something like `getSafe()` against it 👍
