Support Kimi-K2

Kimi-K2’s official template uses two unsupported pattern:

1. {{ tools | tojson(separators=(',', ':')) }} non-indented JSON
2. {%- set formatted_id = tool_call['id'] -%} equivalent to building "functions." + tool_call['function']['name'] + ":" + loop.index

Should we add support for these?
