Support index maps #18
Description
6 RDF triples for each index map entry:
- Legal RDF triple (without the index)
- Statement reification with rdf:Statement
- statement newvocab:key "value"^^xsd:string
Very expensive structure from the RDF store side but useful for some Web Service clients.
