🚨 Issue Creation & Assignment Rules (Important)

Issue Details

Dear Contributors,

To maintain project quality and avoid unnecessary clutter, the following rules are now strictly enforced:

1. Maximum Issue Limit
   • A contributor can work on a maximum of THREE issues at a time.
   • You must complete and get at least one issue merged before requesting new ones.

2. No Work Without Assignment
   • Do NOT start working on any issue unless it is officially assigned to you.
   • Do NOT create a pull request without being assigned to that issue first.

3. Pull Requests Without Assignment
   • Any pull request created without proper issue assignment will be immediately closed.
   • No exceptions will be made.

4. No Excess Issue Creation
   • Please do not create unnecessary or duplicate issues.
   • Only create issues that are meaningful, well-described, and genuinely needed.

5. Time Limit
   Each issue needs to be completed within a specific time limit according to its Difficulty level (Easy: 1 day, Medium: 2-3 day and Hard: 4 days). If a mentee is unable to solve the allotted issue within the given period, the issue will be passed to other contributor

6. Rule Violation
   • If these rules are ignored, the issue may be unassigned and reassigned to another contributor.

These rules apply to everyone without exception.
