Summary
Some examples drift from the current SDK surface and need cleanup.
Problem
Outdated examples reduce trust and increase adoption friction.
What needs to happen
- audit examples against current SDK API
- fix or remove stale examples
- mark illustrative examples clearly
- keep README references aligned with working examples
Acceptance criteria
- public examples match current API
- broken or stale examples are removed or fixed
- example categories are documented
