SDK: expand live-path integration coverage #9

Summary
Increase integration coverage around the most production-sensitive SDK paths.
Problem
Unit coverage is strong, but live-path risk still exists around:
- payment intents
- trust-enabled flows
- Redis-backed state
- cross-chain execution
- transaction sync
Acceptance criteria
- integration coverage added for intents lifecycle
- trust-enabled simulate/pay paths covered
- Redis-backed reservation/lock behavior covered
- cross-chain and sync paths covered where feasible
