Describe the feature
Currently it is not possible to restrict someone from editing file while allowing to read it. Also it is not possible to allow edit file for only one specific user.
Suggested solution
We can treat user-role in file just as "default" role which would be given to every new user, and then allow to specify role for each user you want.
