[Maps] Room availability

Describe the feature

User will be able to choose some timeslot (or current time) and check availability of rooms (greens and reds).

Also show calendar of room in details.

We can reuse https://github.com/one-zero-eight/room-booking project.

Suggested solution

• Add room-booking room id to attributes of Area in the api.
• Add new endpoint to room-booking to get availability of rooms.
• On frontend: get areas, get availability, add corresponding colors to polygons.
• On frontend: in details of Area, show calendar of room from room-booking
