If you are interested in adding Matlab you might want to look at:https://misshit.org.
It appears to have a very comprehensive and effective parser for recent Matlab versions.
There is also the venerable SMOP https://github.com/victorlei/smop and an interesting derivative Mlabpy https://github.com/led02/mlabpy which manipulates the AST.
