Please release for ruby 3.0.0

Previously, I issued a Pull Request that fixed the warning in ruby 2.7.

With the release of Ruby 3.0.0, I'll get an error instead of a warning for code that hasn't already had this fix applied.
Since all rspecs have passed in the Ruby 3.0.0, I would like rubygems.org to release the master branch.
