TOC customization and portal selector location

Posting some feedback about the OntoPortal documentation from @rsgoncalves:

I like the sort of clean/minimal look of the centralized documentation. But I'm not a fan of the term "semantic artefact". I wonder if

1. the TOC can also be customized for individual portals (I see that in the page "User guide" > XPortal Overview, when a portal is selected, that portal's name becomes the name in the TOC), and
2. the logo at top left could change to the logo of whatever portal is selected. It was a bit confusing at first to browse around and read EcoPortal everywhere, and only realized later that the portal selection is at the bottom of pages.
   It would be more intuitive that a portal be selected in the first page of the documentation, or have a static selector in the TOC or top menu bar, or a sticky selector hovering in pages. I'm not sure though that any or all of this is possible or easy to do with Jekyll...

I am not a fan of "Semantic Artefact" either, but that's the term that has emerged and created consensus in EU especially in the context of EOSC.

The logo at the top is supposed to show that this is OntoPortal the overarching context. Many doc sections are not specialized by portals, hence the importance to have an overarching context. The whole philosophy of mutualizing the doc (see OntoPortal Alliance meetings) is here.

Customizing the TOC by portal is sort of harder. We have accepted this constraint (same TOC for all portal) at the price of winning that whne one portal will create a generic section, it will fit for all.

Customizing the term used is something that is possible, it is done in _config.yml where you can set the singular and plural form of the term you want to use, and it is set to "ontology" and "ontologies" for OntoPortal and BioPortal.
In shared documentation, you would write {{ page.atoms }} instead of ontologies or semantic artefacts so it can automatically switch depending on the portal. The only place where this is not currently working is in the TOC.

Customizing the TOC might be easier to achieve once the Jekyll version jump will be done. Right now it's already kind of possible by adding pages that are not shared with other portals, however if a page name changes it will not be considered shared with other portals anymore.
