five-min demo node upgrade

When starting the Five Minutes to Feature Flags demo the intro_foreground.sh attempts to install node. The current install script is deprecated and innactive.

Install scripts and following steps can be found here to update the install node step in the intro_foreground.sh.

Once updated, node should properly install and all steps should continue to work.
