Request body missing using latest agent version

I added the integration of the https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-android/blob/main/instrumentation/okhttp3/README.md
instrumentation okhttp3 but is not recording the body of the server calls.

I can see other details but not the headers or the body of the requests

Capturing the body of http requests is not a feature of this instrumentation. This would frequently cause problems with size/performance, but also has the potential to leak sensitive information. Where did you get the impression that the body should be captured?

You can capture request and response headers, but they are not turned on by default. You can specify which ones you wish to capture as part of the instrumentation configuration.

While reviewing the source code I noticed the interceptor with Okhttp3. So, I assumed that the interceptor would be able to send the body and headers automatically, I would like to have this feature only on internal builds for bugs, performance investigation, so people outside the mobile team is also aware on operations.

Could you point out the source to enable the request and response headers? Thank you!
