ComposableRuleSampler description is incomplete #4701
Description
The ComposableRuleSampler accepts a list of rules, where each rule is a Predicate / ComposableSampler pair. However, it fails to say what parameters the predicate should operate on.
The natural choice is to use the same set of parameters provided to ComposableSampler#getSamplingIntent, but that should be made explicit.
