capabilities object should be an array #3
Description
per the AssistantManifest schema and spec, but in the Beaconforge example it is not an array but a dict, so the example https://github.com/open-voice-interoperability/beaconforge/blob/main/V3/PythonAnywhere/assistant_config.json should be corrected.
