Mention CLI equivalent for each Open2C example? #19
Description
In Open2C_examples we do not mention CLI commands at all.
It might be useful to add the CLI version of solving each problem.
Example use case: I want to do pileups on multiple Hi-C maps. However, I'm not sure what parameters to use. I want to select and adjust the parameters in API, get an intuition about the best one for my case, and then use them in CLI. I followed the open2c example, but how I go back to CLI?
