Automate "top 10" of missing real time delivery

In case of relevant "drops" in real time data delivery (according to https://tools.odpch.ch/gtfs-rt-static-report/ ) it is helpful to see where the drop occurs. Depending on the case, we'd want to inform users and/or the responsible team which can contact the relevant operator / data hub.

In the past, a table with e.g. the "top 10" diff/delta comparing the hour where the drop occurred to the last "normal" hour (usually a day before) had been requested various times.

The idea is to automate this instead of manually creating a table. Publication of the result is to be defined (E-Mail, MS Teams,..).
