Siri Request/Response to GTFS-RT Tests

As PO I want to

• have a monitoring, what happens with Siri ET Request /Response (Doing Requests every 30 seconds and updating what happend, what changed.
• Compare the events to those in GTFS-RT

This means that th GTFS-RT messages must be associated with the SIRI/Request/Response messages.

For the SIRI monitoring:

• number of messages per operator/per line/per type
• several messages about a single journey are reflected only once.
