Update NIHR BRIDGE configuration

NIHR BRIDGE needs some configuration changes:

• update welcome page content: larger font, change text layout, obvious switch between 37 and 38, ...
• remove Disease Gene Panels, HPO and CNV
• add internal Cohort frequency
• add FAQ page
