@pdpinch you didn't happen to take revised screenshots?

I didn't because I wasn't sure what we're going to do with edX Insider. Since we have #998 it seems like we should make the screenshots after that's done.

I updated Images/edx-insider-github in #1087. To address this ticket, someone should take the sample course from https://github.com/openedx/training-courses/tree/main/olx-example, load it into an environment, and update the images.
