Where's the CatalogueBrowser.exe?

I'm following the steps to install/run the catalog, I used the command to run the released jar:

java -jar app.jar

Then I followed the Auto-Update, I ran Upgrade Assistant.exe as administarator and now I got a warning that says

No Executable found, to proceed select manually the Catalogue8rowser.exe installer

I selected manually search, but it returned no results. I can't find the exec. Where is it?

the folder structure is as follows, I ran preloader.exe and it showed the desired window, but the instructions are outdated

Furthermore, there's no 32bit version, the link is broken (Not Found is shown)
