Description

A certain user received a payment failure email despite being on a free fortnightly subscription.
"We tried to process a payment, but had some problems...
The payment for your subscription with Grow Share Cook failed because of a problem with your credit card. Grow Share Cook has been notified of this failed payment. If you have any questions you can contact Grow Share Cook via gro...@..."

The order went through successfully, despite him receiving this email so the customer was very confused. Other customers on the same free subscription did not receive this email - instead they received a successful order confirmation email. We don't understand why this email was sent to Trevor specifically.

Payment failure email

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be investigated by going to the Grow Share Cook instance (UK) and checking the GSC subscriptions (https://openfoodnetwork.org.uk/admin/subscriptions) for Trevor.
