[NGI] Remove visible html from product description and file url

Description

This issue is about 3 smaller issues:

• file:///home/cqcm-proxy-stg/startinblox/sibserver/Canada is often displayed in the data. Where does it come from?
• Products are displayed with html characters in description.
•  Sometimes description goes over the component (maybe because a line break is missing?)

Acceptance Criteria & Tests

1. GO to staging UK's TV Food Hub
2. Stop sharing with CQCM stg and agree again
3. Publish the enterprise
4. Check how the profile displays on https://map-stg.cqcm.startinblox.com/

@RachL, have you shared these issues with Sib? Point one and three are on their side to solve. And for HTML..., we don't have a solution yet.

Disco Regen expects HTML. We can work around that.

@RaggedStaff: What is your point of view of serving text vs html as enterprise description? It would be good to have a standard way of preserving HTML descriptions but I understand the simplicity of rendering text.

That's odd... I guess its a difference between how n8n & DjangoLDP are serving the data. 🤔 Obivously the code isn't being stripped out, unclear to me why the discoRegen frontend renders it, but (theoretically the same component for) CQCM doesn't. 😕 Definitely one for Calum.

I agree, we haven't defined explicitly how to pass html across the network. Using the rdf:html datatype would seem simplest to me, but will need to discuss with DTC (& probably constrain the ontology and/or document in the standard).

More to point one, the country. Our addresses are formatted like this:

The country is simply a name. But maybe SiB is expecting a URI? So their software is maybe seeing it as relative URI and the default base is file:///home/cqcm-proxy-stg/startinblox/sibserver/.

I see that the latest DFC release changed hasCountry. The value now needs to be one listed in this file:

• https://publications.europa.eu/resource/authority/country/0001

I'll work on updating the API. It will need a small adjustment on the Disco Regen and Waterloo websites to hide the country. Otherwise it would show the URL instead of the country name.
