Upload docker images for frontend and backend to Dockerhub

At the moment the start.sh script is building all the images. It would be more standard and quicker to provide images for those and use them at installation

• Push images to dockerhub
• Automate pushing of mainand release via github actions
• update documentation to use images instead of building
