onlpdump incorrectly detect platform name for quanta lb9

Here is output from quanta LB9, while platform name says its quanta-ly2. Is this correct? If its cocked for both platforms maybe it should says just powerpc-quanta?

This is a (copy and paste) bug in the Quanta ONLP drivers. It should say
powerpc-quanta-lb9-r0 on the LB9.
I've committed the fix - Nice catch.
