People with DOD prior to RTT end date

For some people the date of death is before the RTT end date. In theory, the RTT pathway should end ("clock stop") on date of death. However, it seems that this is not automatic, the patient's family needs to inform hospital of death (see section 4.4.1.2 of reporting guidance document). Therefore, I have not excluded people whose recorded DOD is prior to their RTT end date (but after their RTT start date); but, I have censored these individuals at death.
