Federated OIDC Sign out.

Hi guys,
I'm using federated authentication in RHOSO with keycloak. But when I sign out and sign in again the UI not require input user/password.
Procedure:

1. Login to Openstack with OIDC by input username/password
2. In Horizon Dashboard click "Sign Out"
3. Re-login with OIDC -> Openstack redirect to dashboard without user and password input step
   Expected:

• UI require input user and password when re-login.

How can i config logout in this case ?
