Add Syllabank chat within the web app or an OpenAI Plugin

The idea here is to make the syllabus more easy to understand with a chat interface. We can combine ISQ data here too for registration just like the ISQ py repo. Or maybe the chat should be a discord bot? Not sure

I did work with the new discord apps feature which is essentially a webhook. I also made a bot that parses syllabi and other documentation using Supabase but could probably port it over the firebase although, not sure how that will work exactly without an embeddings plugin.

Or we can keep things local and self host a vector db and discord bot then depend on a cloud based LLM. I do have a pi laying around that I should make use of :)
