Operator Notifications referesh / update #59
Description
A general review of operator notifications has to be done. Flight Blender uses a AMQP queue to post notifications, it is expected that the ground control station / operator software will connect to the AMQP queue to receive the notifcations. We have some basic state change notifications, but It would be great to add new notifications.
