FAQ accordion reloads page before opening on first click #157

Steps to reproduce:
-Visit openwisp.org
-Scroll to “Frequently Asked Questions”
-Click any question accordion
Actual behavior:
-The page reloads before expanding the accordion for the first time
-Subsequent accordion clicks work as expected with smooth transitions
Expected behavior:
-The accordion should expand smoothly from the very first click, without reloading the page
Impact:
-Unexpected reload causes jarring UX
-Interrupts reading flow
-Feels broken compared to typical accordion behavior
