This issue tests the Issue Assignment Bot (issue-assignment.yml).

How to trigger: Comment "assign me" (or similar phrases like "can I work on this") on this issue.

Expected behavior:

• The bot responds with a message explaining that you don't need to wait to be assigned
• Points to the contributing guidelines
• Suggests linking a PR using Fixes #N or Closes #N based on issue type detection
• Explains that issues are auto-assigned when a PR is opened referencing this issue
