rpcd fails with many (~5k) active connections

rpcd fails when i try to monitor active connections in luci. At the Moment of testing i had around ~5k active connections.

how to reproduce this:

• have ~5000 active connections
• navigate to <router ip>/cgi-bin/luci/admin/status/realtime/connections
• see failure /usr/lib/lua/luci/dispatcher.lua:431: /etc/config/luci seems to be corrupt, unable to find section 'main'

what fixes luci again:

• service rpcd restart
