More description about the standards:

• Relevant Issues transferred - Issues on the old versions of the repositories need to be sifted through and any that are actually relevant need to be copied over and added with more detail.
• Link updates merged - Every repo has its own PR with link updates but these PRs need to be sorted through by hand and curated accordingly, making sure tests pass.
• README up to date - Not all the READMEs have been updated recently. Does it look decent?
• 100% Community Standards met - go to "insights" > "Community Standards" and see if all things listed there have check marks. Add docs for anything that doesn't.
• Branch protection rule set - Go to Settings > Branches is there a rule set for main and dev?
• Template if needed - If its a template repository, is it actually a template? Is there the template button? If not go to settings and check that box (these settings don't get transferred.
• Pages link in description - Description notes and tags don't get transferred. Let's make sure the URLs get restored to the description as well as relevant tags.

In addition to this ottrpal and metricminer will need to have updates sent to CRAN after their Link updates are merged.
