Create people w/o company mandatory

As title say, people who are on my team doesn't have to be specific to company. I like it to be not mandatory to select a company.

Good call @piraterx! Making company optional makes sense for:

• Internal team members
• Freelancers/consultants
• Personal network contacts
• Early-stage leads where company isn't known yet

I'll update this in the next release.
