Proposition
We propose to publish OS2Display docker images on GitHub packages instead of Docker Hub going forward from version 3.0.0.
Motivation
The publishing of images on Docker Hub is transitioning to a paid solution.
By publishing image to GitHub packages, we can ensure that the images reside together with the code.
