Improve Fan documentation images

The circuit and schematic diagrams linked in pi4micronaut-utils/src/docs/asciidoc/components/outputComponents/fan.adoc show a temperature sensor. However, this is not necessary, as it is not mentioned in the list of components in the same file, nor is it used by the example controller class demonstrating the functionality of the fan. It is needlessly confusing to have diagrams showing this unused sensor.

We need new circuit and schematic diagrams that reflect that only the fan (or motor, alternatively) need to be connected.

The documentation should also mention that a temperature sensor would be a good optional use case for a fan, but it should be no more than a suggestion in the basic description of the fan functionality.
