Deploying with Heroku does not setup environnement variables

Deploy to heroku button is a very nice feature anyone can create its own crewlink server !

But when we create it this way. It does not setup the environment variables needed and crashes.
I'm currently investigating to set up mine correctly but I'm a professional developer.

That would be nice to have a .md file that would help people setting up their own server on heroku
