How to obtain a functional mask in MNI space

Hi,

I have preprocessed volume-based fMRI data (normalized to MNI space) and now want to regress out covariates, filter, and smooth. To do this properly, I need a functional mask in MNI space for each subject.

What's the best way to obtain such a mask?
