I have transfered to the discussions, this is the place to discuss these things. Generally i want to support many templates that already can be overwhelming for most users. Having each template in their own language would be overkill maybe. I will investigate what i can do. Can you attach the template json file in the discussion in German so i can play arround with it? |

This is the current state - it does not fully reflect the latest changes you made like icons. It might be nice to have an easy way to enable/disable certain registers (like the test registers) and reload the template to reflect the changes. Another thing that I recognized was, that during the update of the extension, the template folder gets replaced - is there a way to have a custom template folder? |

I have made a branch to refactor the templating and make sure the user templates are stored elsewhere and left in tact.
v0.7.0 with above updates is out. |

As mentioned yesterday I own a Paradigma SystaComfort II - I implemented all of the modbus details for it and I'm thinking about opening a PR for it. I saw that your current generated template for the SystaComfort II is in english, however I expect most of the people owning such a heating system to be located in germany (as it is a german company). Therefore the question arises if there is language support for templates or if we would need to have different templates depending on the languages?
If I got further ideas for improvements (enable / disable certain registers in the template) or issues (with the usage of the json options field) - should I open an issue for each?
