Add example of automatically generated app for https://github.com/pasteurlabs/tesseract-jax/tree/main/examples/fem-shapeopt.

• Add a nested directory structure to examples/ for extensibility
• Combine the design and FEM Tesseracts into one and include in example directory
• Write README explaining how to generate example manually
• Write bash script to automatically generate and run the example app
• Reference example from repo's root README as an example of PyVista support

Why is this needed?

Provides a nice complex example, wrapping a simulation, and has relevant PyVista outputs. A good showcase for Tesseract Streamlit.

Usage example

bash examples/jax-fem/run.sh

Launches the web application.
