Elements on youtube video page won't work #9

I had this extension for two months and everything was ok. About three weeks ago I started having problems with youtube. When I am watching a video, most of the times the page wont fully load - the lef "Guide" panel is extended but invisible, videos don't have thumbnails on the right and none of the page buttons work. I can't comment, like or do anything. I was thinking it was a youtube problems since it was happening not always and only on youtube. But then I found out that I don't have the problem on other browsers and when clearing all the browser data did not help I started to suspect the extensions. After some testing by enabling and disabling specific ones I narrowed down the problem to only this one - Chrome Refresh 1.7 .
I am attaching two screenshots that show how a video page should look like and how it looks when the problem occurs. On the second screenshot my mouse is hovering over some invisible links that are from the extended "Guide" panel.
