Basic installation instructions

It would be great if the main README of this repo mentions the basic steps to install this toolbox.

My guess is that, if we disseminate the existence of this toolbox on social media, a bunch of users will jump here and expect to have their environment up an running, with: jsbsim, pathsm, pathsim-flight and all related dependencies,

The other bit is Pathview integration.

In terms of advertising this toolbox I would suggest first waiting for a couple more blocks and some testing amongst ourselves. I'm planning on trying to get the next set of blocks submitted as a PR this weekend.
